GJEPC Holds 60th AGM | Reviews FY2025–26 Performance & Industry Priorities

GJEPC held its 60th Annual General Meeting on 23 September 2026 

at Bharat Diamond Bourse, Mumbai .

The meeting was presided over by: 

🔹Kirit Bhansali – Chairman, GJEPC

🔹Shaunak Parikh – Vice Chairman, GJEPC

🔹Anil Virani – Convener, Audit & Finance

🔹Sabyasachi Ray – Executive Director

🔹Sandeep Sharma – Chief Financial Officer

Chairman Kirit Bhansali reviewed FY2025–26 performance, with India’s gem & jewellery exports at US$27.72 billion, and highlighted key market, policy and industry developments.

The AGM also covered FTAs with the UK, EU, Oman and New Zealand , market-development initiatives, IIJS Bharat, SAJEX, Bharat Ratnam Mega CFC, India Jewellery Park Mumbai, and new frameworks supporting MSMEs and exporters.

With GJEPC’s membership reaching 10,910, the 60th anniversary year marks a continued focus on strengthening India’s global gem & jewellery ecosystem.
