GJEPC Auckland Outreach Opens New Avenues for India–New Zealand Jewellery Trade

GJEPC’s Australia–New Zealand trade delegation explored new opportunities to strengthen India’s gem and jewellery exports to New Zealand, as both countries move towards   

 implementing their recently concluded FTA.

As part of the Auckland outreach, Mr. Vijay Mangukiya, Convener – International Events, GJEPC, met Dr. Madan Mohan Sethi, Consul General of India in Auckland, to discuss opportunities to deepen bilateral trade and strengthen industry connect.

India’s gem & jewellery exports to New Zealand grew 50.56% to US$25.46 million in FY2025–26, highlighting the market’s growing potential.
